Once we've outlined your vision and have understood the brief, we conduct a thorough site measure. This step involves taking precise dimensions and assessing the current conditions of the space. Whether you're working with an existing structure or designing from scratch, this ensures we have a clear and accurate understanding of the space, helping us to make informed design decisions.
Step 3 - Concept Realisation
The exploration stage. A design concept is explored and established, to capture the essence of your project by communicating a strong founding scheme and key furniture selections. A clear visual direction is established through mood boards, material selections, furniture layout proposals and indicative pricing, where trade discounts are passed on to clients.
Step 4 - Specification
Once all selections have been approved, we move forward by translating your choices into detailed, itemised schedules. These schedules outline everything you need to know, including specifications, quantities, and suppliers. To ensure seamless integration into your space, we provide comprehensive furniture layout plans, showing you exactly where each selected piece will be placed within your home.
Step 5 - Procurement
We manage the procurement process by liaising directly with trusted suppliers to coordinate all orders and deliveries on your behalf. From organising payments to ensuring timely deliveries, we handle the logistics.
Step 6 - Delivery and Install
Once all your new pieces have arrived, we’ll be on-site to oversee the installation and styling to make sure everything is in place and looks gorgeous.
